Release status
PepPlanner is currently being prepared as an App Store release candidate. The public App Store listing is not live yet. TestFlight access only works after Apple has processed a build and your Apple ID has been added to a tester group or you have a valid public beta link.
There is no universal TestFlight invitation code we can safely publish at this time. To request beta access, email support@pepplanner.org from the Apple ID you use for TestFlight.
Use Continue with Apple or email verification in the app. Email codes expire and should be submitted once. If a button appears stuck, wait for the progress state instead of repeatedly tapping; send a screenshot and the approximate time if it does not complete.
Try the same Apple ID again after confirming network access. PepPlanner is designed to return the existing account instead of creating a duplicate. If the error repeats, email support with the exact message and time. Do not send an Apple password or verification code.
Open Settings in PepPlanner, open Account, choose Delete account, and confirm. Apple accounts may require a fresh Continue with Apple authorization so the app can revoke the Apple token before deleting PepPlanner account records. Account deletion is permanent, but it is separate from deleting local app data on this iPhone.
Free includes one local check-in. Premium adds multiple check-ins and optional reminders. You provide the title, private notes, date and time, and a once, daily, weekly, or monthly cadence. Check-ins stay on this iPhone.
Premium reminders use generic notification text. The notification does not include your check-in title or private notes.
Tap Report response beneath the PepAI answer. PepPlanner opens an email with the message identifier so support can investigate. Explain what appears wrong, but do not include sensitive personal information. For a research-library correction, include the lesson title and source you were reviewing.
PepAI can explain terminology, mechanisms, evidence quality, study design, trial status, research claims, and regulatory context. It does not diagnose, select a treatment, tell anyone what to take, or provide preparation instructions.
Before the first message, PepPlanner asks you to agree to sharing the message and an opaque conversation identifier with the PepPlanner service. The disclosure names Cloudflare Workers AI, Google Gemini, and Groq. Messages remain only in the current in-memory PepAI screen and are not saved by the app, although PepPlanner's API and model providers may keep operational logs under their policies. You can revoke permission in Settings.
Premium members can use Export local check-ins in Settings to create a plain-text file containing their local check-ins. The export does not include account data or PepAI messages. Review it before sharing because it may contain private notes.
Use Delete local app data in Settings. This removes local check-ins, local preferences, scheduled reminders, and PepAI sharing permission from this iPhone. It does not delete your PepPlanner account; use Delete account separately in the Account screen.
Before emailing
Include the app version, iPhone model, iOS version, the screen where the issue occurred, approximate time, and a screenshot if useful. Never send your Apple password, email verification code, full payment information, or private API credentials.
